Billy attended E.C. Glass High School, University of Virginia, and Realtors Institute. He was also a member of the National Guard for 6 years. Over the years he has had many Professional Affiliations, Including: President of LAR, Vice-President of VAR twice, Chair & Member of Lynchburg Planning Commission, and Secretary/Director/Treasurer of Homebuilders Association.
Community involvements have included: Board Chair at Seven Hills School, BB&T Advisory Board of Directors, Lynchburg Director of Y.M.C.A., Boonsboro Volunteer Fire/Rescue Board of Directors, Senior Warden & Vestry of St. John’s Episcopal Church, and Lynchburg Chamber of Commerce Director.
Billy currently serves as Vice-President/Broker of John Stewart Walker, Inc. and also owner/Broker of Walker Auctions Inc.
Billy is married to wife, Diane, and has 5 children, 5 grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf and working in the yard.

Evelyn has been a Real Estate broker for 30 years in the Lynchburg area. Past owner/principle broker of Century 21 and currently managing broker of John Stewart Walker, Inc. Forest office. Evelyn is a member of the Council of Residential Brokers, National Association Realtors, Virginia Association Realtors, past president of the Lynchburg Association of Realtors Board of Directors and currently serving as director.
Evelyn is an active member of Thomas Road Baptist Church and is also very involved in community functions and associations. Evelyn is married and has four children and one grandchild.

Traci Williams

Traci is a Lynchburg native and a graduate of Heritage High, East Carolina University and Lynchburg College. A licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, Traci has 10 years of experience in the field, and has earned the GRI and ABR designations.
She is currently an active member in the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, the Lynchburg Association of Realtors, and the Roanoke Association of Realtors.
An outdoor sports enthusiast, she has been teaching fitness classes for the past 23 years and works part-time for the Lynchburg Area YMCA. Traci is an active lifetime member of Quaker Memorial Presbyterian Church, and lives in Forest with her husband David.

Don Martin retired from the Lynchburg Public Schools in 1993 after 32 years as a teacher and principal.
Don attended Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 1980 and has since been conducting auctions for local auction firms. He is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute. The designation received from this organization is the highest bestowed upon an auctioneer.
Don and his wife Gracy live in Lynchburg and have two children, Ginny and Patrick, and four grandchildren, Meghan, Olivia, Jake and Stephanie.

Russell Millner spent 40 years in the banking business, the last 27 years with the Bedford Federal Savings Bank, retiring in 2004.
Russell conducted his first auction at the age of 23 and is still an active auctioneer. He spent the last 10 years auctioneering for a local firm.

Jan is a native of Charlotte, N.C. but is proud to call Lynchburg, VA her home.

Kelly Ooten
Financial Secretary
Kelly has been with John Stewart Walker, Inc. since March 2005 and has had several roles including administrative assistant, relocation coordinator, and rental coordinator. Currently she is in the position of office manager and financial secretary.
Kelly is from Bowie, Maryland and came to Lynchburg to attend Liberty University. Kelly married and settled in Lynchburg and has one child, Logan.
