A 5% buyers’ premium will be added to determine the final sales price of each item.  Virginia sales tax also applies.

All sales are final and will need to be paid for before items are removed from the property.  Payments to be made by cash or good check.

Directions: 

 From Appomattox: 

 1. Take US-460W to Lynchburg

2. Merge onto US-501N towards Candlers Mtn. Rd / Buena Vista – 0.9 Miles

3. Merge onto US-501N /Lynchburg Expy toward Danville / Buena Vista -2.8 Miles

4. Take the Graves Mill Rd. exit, exit 11.  At the top of the ramp turn left onto Graves Mill Rd./VA-126.

5. The Warehouse will be on the right about 1.4 miles down on the right (next to Carter Bank).

From Altavista:

 1. Take 29N to Lynchburg

2. Merge onto US-501N / Lynchburg Expy go about 2.4 Miles

Then follow the directions # 4 – 5 under Appomattox.

 From Charlottesville:

 1. Take 29S about 60 miles

2. Merge onto29S / US-460W towards Lynchburg / Danville – 4.7 Miles

Then follow the directions # 2 – 5 under Appomattox

  From Roanoke & Bedford: 

1. US-460E towards Lynchburg

2. Turn left onto (Rt. 811) Thomas Jefferson Rd. (the intersection w/ Sheetz and Food Lion)

3. Take Thomas Jefferson Rd. all the way to the end, turn right onto Forest Rd. / US-221

4. Turn right onto Graves Mill Rd. / VA-126 (intersection just past Burger King)

5.
